Dante Alighieri Society Garden Party

The aim of the Dante Alighieri Society is to foster the Italian language and culture in the world, promoting an interest in Italian civilisation, language and culture. We would like to welcome everyone to our Garden Party, where a few members from our book club/drama group will be reading poems and literature passages in Italian (English translation provided).

We will be welcoming families with children too for a family Gnocchi-Making Workshop, where kids would learn the art of crafting traditional Italian gnocchi in a lively, hands-on setting. Held in Italian, the workshop offers a fun way for bilingual families and language learners to engage with Italian culture. Spaces are limited so booking is kindly required.

And of course there will be amazing Italian homemade cookies for everyone and the opportunity to gather and have fun, while enjoying the beautiful outside space and-hopefully-the sun 🙂
