Albanian School Pjeter Budi CIC

Albania School “Pjetër Budi” Liverpool is a non-profit supplementary school dedicated to preserving and promoting Albanian language, culture, and heritage among children in the diaspora. We provide weekly educational sessions for ages 5–15, combining language learning with cultural activities such as history, traditional dance, art, and celebrations of national events.

Our aim is to strengthen cultural identity, support bilingual development, and offer a structured environment where children can connect with their heritage. The school operates with the support of parents, volunteers, and qualified educators, working collaboratively to maintain a welcoming and inclusive community space.

Through our programmes, we contribute to cultural continuity, community cohesion, and the enrichment of multicultural life in Liverpool.

Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain, Liverpool Branch

The AUGB Liverpool Branch is part of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) — the largest representative body for Ukrainians and people of Ukrainian descent in the UK. The Liverpool branch organises cultural events, gatherings, and supports newly displaced Ukrainians (especially in the context of the war). They partner with local organisations, including universities to host Ukrainian cultural festivals and film screenings.
